Hello, I did plan changes today, by mistake I selected 'change now' than 'change plan at renewal'. I did it for two accounts and both plans just got renewed. Can I reverse this change or someone can assist to set changes on renewal.

sorry to hear that. Yes, a wrong Changr Now request usually cannot be reversed 😞

Thanks for your guidance Mr. Handy1 Tried with CS_Agent but no luck as changes are immediate.
