Please help me ; I just bought 40.00 voucher at Circle K and tried putting on my account and it would not work.I tried to get money back , so I could buy some where else and Mana
ger said non refund . Which was so disappointing because it's my last 40.00 dollars and I need for work . With out phone I make nothing. So please help me asap. Why don't you have a phone number I can call.
This is not fair .

Several customers have had similar issues the last 24-48 hours with payment vouchers. Try the above suggestions.

Yes, most if not all retailers don't give refunds on vouchers.
Some vouchers could take up to 24 hrs to become valid. If you still can't load them to your account, contact CS for help:
Open a ticket via:

* some vouchers take 24 hours to activate,
you can call 1 855 4PUBLIC and add your voucher PIN
or call *611
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
You will usually find it at the top or bottom of the receipt. To top up your account with a voucher, log into your Self-Serve, account, click on the "Payment" tab, then "One-time payment". In the form that appears on the next page, click on "Payment voucher" as the payment method, enter the voucher code below, then click "Submit".
