why I am still with Rogers????

Hi, 

I am trying to have answers here,  not sure why I am still with Rogers?

Also I don't have any confirmation that my number transfer was successful.

I am starting to feel that PM was a bad choice

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having issues porting in your number.

If you received the text from Rogers asking you to confirm you want to port your number, simply reply 'yes' to the message. Although you won't get any response from Rogers at that point, the process should be initiated soom. It may take some time before you receive confirmation from Public Mobile that the process has completed (in my case it took about 45 minutes.)

My best advice for now is to be patient. If you come up to the 90 minute window Rogers specifies in the text message and nothing's happened by that point, I'd reach out to support.
