Alternatively, what you can do is log on to you Public Mobile account, under "My Account". Then on the "Overview" page you should see "View Payment History". Then use the "Print" function on your web browser to print the page or save it as a pdf file.

Here's all the info required to request an invoice from pm by @AE_Collector . It's best to ask for it in 90, 180 or 360 day time periods.
If you just need a soft copy for personal record keeping or an excel file program please private message @LurganIeUk who is happy to share his program for your computer.

The Self Serve account does not offer a statement each billing period, it would be nice, but no, not currently.
If you require one regularly you are going to have to submit a ticket to CSA (Customer Support Agents at Public Mobile) each time you are looking for it.
You can copy/paste from your Self Serve account with the Payment History info each renewal. IT is a bit more work, but the info is there.

Support agents can send you one every 3 months if you need it for official purposes.
For your own use, you can print usage and plan details in my account.

no receipt every month,
but sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,history payment transactions,
and you will see the tax at your credit card statement,
but if you want a receipt you can request for 12 month is not monthly and you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,and Explain your issue to them can solve your issue, they are nice service Team the will help you 100%.

@yes25009 there is no receipt with PM.
you can request for formal receipts by opening ticket with PM CS Support. but it will usually take them 2 or 3 weeks to prepare. Maybe you can request this receipts every 3 months or more.
To open a ticket with PM support, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
