@Triguy , Public Mobile is asking that all customers go through the steps of SIMon and not just type "I want a human" for them to gather their data to see if there is a certain issue arising more than others so they can focus resources and prioritize issues.
Sometime, SIMon does not let you submit a ticket after asking questions related to your problem/issue. This may be a good approach after getting run around by SIMon. I agree that members should at least try to ask the question first. But your are in an endless loop, try this approach to get a ticket. If SIMon is smart enough, this approach will not exit. This is better than sending a private message to moderator team.

Contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. Moderator wait time can be within a few hours or less, or within a day, from my experience.
