$15 plan was not enough?? You top up with $25??

If this is correct then change the plan and you can choose from now and at next renewal date.

In your self service  account, is the account status active?  or suspended?

Do you see available funds of $25.

Maybe screenshot your payment history page.  May provide useful information.
