If your account was suspended because of autopay issue, you can buy a topup voucher at Shell gas station to add fund to your account.  Then click the reactivate button on your overview page after login to get your phone working ASAP.  Shell gas station known to activate the voucher qucikly.  You can purchase voucher from other retailer.  But you may need to wait up to a day before use.

Try deleting your credit card and Adding it again, or buying a voucher from a store  and paying with that.

Try dialing 611 and paying that way. You could also try just adding funds in self-serve.
