were did my referrals go

@badboy1245 no worries.  Rewards portal will no longer show the referrals you have with Public Points, it is not you don't have any, just it is not showing

you will see how many referrals you got when PM deposit the referral points 48 hours after renewal.  It is a design flaw with nee Public points and rewards portal.  PM will address the issue with future updates

@badboy1245 - It will show up at your renewal cycle. It is hidden. But in the My Referrals Dashboard you can see it.

In My Referrals in the My Account Website or in Account > Explore the Dashboard on the app.

It should show up with the information.

i have been with public mobile for two years and they switched me over to points this month but i have no referrials and i had over 10 referrial and now its showing 0

@badboy1245 - Once you renew your plan you will receive your referral points. 1 referral = 1 point.

Unless your referral left Public Mobile.

You will also receive 5% back in points on your plan.
