help,

got registered, trying to purchase plan and sim. web page wont highlight or prompt credit card info boxes

@justfishing , this won’t fix your current situation but if you purchase a SIM Card from Public Mobile directly it can take up to 3 weeks to receive it from them which is delivered through Canada Post! It only takes about 2 days to receive one from Amazon if you have Prime membership. So, if you haven’t ordered the SIM Card off here yet there’s a much faster option! Or even picking one up locally if there’s a Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store
