@computergeek541 That's a good point. It's interesting to assume @Atsirkp has no service at all while I am assuming there's only a port issue.

@Atsirkp are you able to call out?

If yes, and the issue is only with incoming texts and incoming calls, then you can call the Telus Porting Centre.

I am going based on the statement of "no working phone".  Perhaps Atsirkp can clarify.

While the Telus porting centre might be able to help complete the number port for you, they cannot help with the fact that your service isn't working at all.  The Public Mobile service is supposed to work for at least outgoing calls, outgoing text messages, and for data before the number porting has completed, or even if it has failed.

The is most likely an activation/provisioning issue.  If that's the case, it's likely that you will need to use the method that @ChuckYeah has provided to open a ticket with Public Mobile's moderators.

I would actually suggest against calling the Telus porting centre.  Here's why:  Since your Public Mobile service isn't working at all now, getting the porting centre to complete the number port is a bad idea. The number would be transfered over to a non-working service. At least now, you should still be able to use your old carrier's service. If the number is ported overr to a non-working Public Mobile service, you will have no working cellular phone service at either carrier.
