@Abseno   This post seems to be my theme today....listen to @popping . Once you change your security question and answer or be reminded of it if you need to message a moderator (bottom right of your screen (?) For service tkt). Take the time to write down your pin#, password, security question and answer you could even add your account #, referral code and anything ese you might think pertinent and put it in a safe place. It'll be there when you need it.

Agree. This should be done at activation time.  I did a screenshot of the summary screen after activation which contain your email address, security question and answer, your birthday, your address, your alternate phone number. This summary screen does not have your PIN number.  BTW, if you forgot your PIN, you need to provide 3 pieces of info on this summary screen to prove that you are the owner of your account.

You can change the security question and answer if you can login to your self-serve account.

If not, you need to create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
