Hello,

My voucher was not accepted, not with *611 and not online.

I was at the superstore, they said the vouchers were activated.

I tried to submit a ticket, but my account could not be verified.

Service unavailable. Please contact the Customer Support Agent you have been communicating with.

I have not been able to communicate with any Support Agent!!!

Username invalid

This is a nightmare.
Then I try 'Can't Verify'. I fill out the form, except add-on, because I have not bought add-ons, Verify button is dark, click it, it turns grey, but nothing happens!!!

@biggi   You got it from RCSS? 

 

But you have opened case with CS Agent?  since it took 3 days for the voucher to activate, I wonder if PM Support worked their magic behind the scene instead of just a wait time issue  🤔

That's very weird. Next time load in store thru 611. But thx for reporting back the result. You can close your thread by picking the post that helped you the most.

 

I will have to test RCSS vouchers again to see if this was an anomaly.

On the third day it worked, no idea why.

It could be a problem with the payment system accepting vouchers. There have been 1 or 2 customers a day for the past week or so being unable to redeem vouchers from retailers known to sell vouchers that are immediately valid upon purchase. Public mobile has not responded on whether there is a known issue. Any feedback from customer support that you can give us would help us help others facing the same issue.

Store said the voucher is activated, as it is stated on the the voucher. I have at least now written to csa.

Voucher is over 24 hours old.

Was not on credit card. No unknown questionable charges.

Did you purchase the pm voucher from customer service or self check out? RCSS pm vouchers purchased from customer service are immediately valid upon purchase and loadable via 611. I believe self check out only gives you a receipt to redeem at customer service for your pm voucher that they print out for you.

 

Otherwise if you have a proper pm voucher are you entering the 12 digit PIN #? You are only allowed 2 attempts at adding payment before having to wait out one full hour before trying again. When is your renewal? If it isn't occurring now then try again once one hour is up since your last attempt. Try again before morning and if you still cannot add it contact customer support to verify the voucher validity and add it for you.

Used vouchers for the first month, no problem.

Do you always pay with a voucher? Were you able to get into the voucher entry in 611?

Was your account on a credit card recently? Did you do any actions around unknown questionable charges on it?

Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate. If there is another set of numbers there try those. 611 is the easiest way to activate. If you use self service, clear your browser cache first and then go incognito. Chrome works well and you can also try Edge browser.

How long ago did you buy the voucher? There are times when there's a delay from the the time of purchase until the voucher's code starts working.  The person at the store generally wouldn't know about such delays.
