I have a phone number that forwards to my cell phone. The calls come through fine but my voicemail is not working when a call is being forwarded. When calling me directly, the voicemail works. I need the voicemail to work from the forwarded phone number.

Once you have forwarded a number to another, unanswered calls will be only sent to the vociemail system as directed by the service of the phone number that you have forwarded to.

hi @chandram
check your phone dialer settings. There is a setting to voicemail, is it turned in and does it show a number ends with 4001?
if not, you can ask agent to reset the VM for you
