Today my payment didn't go through and my number was suspended. I tried to log in to pay but I'm taken to a pre-activation page instead of My Account page. I've tried to access support but when I go to the support ticket page I get a 404 error. I've tried from multiple devices, as well as clearing cache, all data, different browsers, etc. but still cannot access the support ticket page.

@hTideGnow I've now sent another message to CS_Agent, still no response. Very frustrated.

I've sent a message there, waiting for an answer. The normal support ticket page leads to a 404 error on every device I have.
