very bad 1st impression

im so mad right now i pay you for service and it is 4 days and i still cant get calls coming in i want my money back i will not tell ppl to use you i will tell them to stay far away grr fix this now i shouldnt have to get a **bleep**ing run around to get this fixed

Does your old sim still work or was that unprovisioned?

This is a porting related problem that needs moderator team support.  Please contact them via private message as already suggested.

@sarahdi I am assuming you are porting.  Most ports fail because of user error in the porting process.  Have you messaged the mods with the correct account number and name on account?

 

They are the only ones who can fix port issues.

 

Your old sim should work until the port is completed.

 

To get help:

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

If you have a Porting issue, please also include:

  • The number you want to port, PM sim number, old account number, old account name exacly as on bill

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

As soon as it works though, if you use autopay, it will just work afterwards.  Porting can always be a nuisance, no matter which carrier you switch to.  Just be patient, you'll be happy soon enough. 🙂
