Payment Voucher won't work

i purchased  2 payment vouchers at shoppers drug mart none of which work. my acc was deactivated . i have tried both selfserve &611 and nothing works. i have until november before i can lose my phone number, what seems to the issue?

Have you tried a different internet browser?  I usually use Chrome and sometimes Firefox.  

 

If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator with your voucher issue.

Try not to send multiple messages since that will delay your response.  Include your voucher numbers in your request to moderator.

Include your phone number, account number and PIN.

It doesnt even let me go that far, this is what i keep getting;

 unfortunately, voucher #xxxxxxxxxxxx could not be added, please verify the voucher and try again, the same thing with self serve. 

I even went back to shoppers drug mart and they said the vouchers were activated from their end.

Did you give the vouchers time to activate? Sometimes they can take a while.

@Goodtimes Try using incognito/private browsing mode. Make sure you are entering the 12 digit voucher pin code correctly.
