Put in the email you used and save...then respond to email verification.

@aj15 You have to reply the message CS agent sent you (the one with the validation link) , tell them what happened and they might validate you via messaging with you instead

yes i clicked the envelope it had an authentication link which i failed to verify in 4 attempts and now its locked i cant even read my messege from customer service

hi if you meen your community inbox (the little envelope top right corner) you just click on it and open the message

@aj15 Your My Account is locked? did you try to use Reset Password option there to try reset the password? Try that first
If still fails, open ticket with PM Support:

@aj15 What do you meant by that? you are logged on as "aj15" in this Community, the inbox is for "aj15".
If you want to make sure it linked to your PM My Account properly, please use the same email address on both your Self-Server My Account and the Community here

my account is locked
