How I fix this problem?
I tried to recover the password and I got the message: "user locked out".
Any idea how to fix this problem?

@timarius since the message says: "User locked out" you will need to wait an hour before trying again. After an hour try again either with the PM app or from the web browser. If you continue with the same message you will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
