ONLY services available are for Voice and SMS. I am not sure how to fix and there are no current information I can find any COMMUNITY SUPPORT regarding "Reduced Speed ... " when subscription data bucket is used up.

only internet available is through WiFi using local WiFi Network.

I have NOT & DID NOT make changes to the Cellular settings.

Referring to the PublicMobile's Network Traffic Management Policy posted at:

The subscription that I have is $34/month,  comes with a 60gig data bucket that once depleted is then throttled- but "unlimited".

 It's important to read the fine print - if that little number "10" doesn't show up anywhere in the subscription description (ugh, sorry for the lame rhyme, necessary evil), it doesn't have *UNLIMITED data.

I don't know if there are any subscriptions that offer unlimited data atm due to the "targeted" subscriptions available, different for everyone it seems.

The way I interpret all those wordings it clearly says AFTER bucket is exhaust you will continue to have Internet but very slow. Isn't that definition of 'unlimited'?

Thank you @Dunkman -- I appreciate your time and response 🙏

Just a note that the Service Plans posted on my Account indicates Reduced Speed. Likewise, on the Public Mobile Website (Terms & Conditions) it also indicates Reduced Speed -- all in reference to USING-UP Data Subscription.

I've read some posts from year 2023 on the subject of *Reduced Speed*, the Community users says theirs worked (no references to any technical issues or difficulties) automatically once they used up their Data Subscription allotment.

@ting8966

Just read details of your plan - Canada-US-Mexico plan.  As far as I know, none of the Canada-US-Mexico plans ever had unlimited throttled data.  Only a few of the Canada only data plans had this feature.

You can contact CSA as described, but I am fairly certain that your plan does not have this feature.  PM does not charge overages ever, as described on the website. No surprise charges.  Once you use up your data, it just stops working.  No extra charges unless you want to purchase additional data add on.

Before I signed up for PM, I was told that the PM Subscriptions since I signed up are set for **NO OVERAGE FEES** with REDUCED SPEED when Data bucket is used-up (which is fair).

However, for the Reduced Speed not to working i believe is a technical issue -- so I am looking for Help.

You have to double and triple check what you signed for.

As of a long while PM does NOT offer 'unlimited' data 'with reduced speed'. All current data plans are working until you reach your plan's limit and then Internet Stops.

If you believe you do HAVE 'unlimited' data plan open a ticket with agent through chatbot and ask for clarification.

@ting8966

Maybe check your plan details section.  It should show the unlimited throttled data in the plan details. IF you don't see it, your plan likely doesn ot have this feature.

However, you can try to confirm with customer service agent (PM employee).  I am just a customer like yourself.

Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit a ticket for CSA help.  It will take a few hours for response times.

Looks like that your plan does not include unlimited throttled data (after plan allottment used up).  Only a few PM plans have this feature. Most PM plans do not have this feature.

Your choices are to wait 2 days or purchase a data add on (expires after 30 days).  You could contact customer service agent to renew the same plan earlier (note: PM does not pro-rate plans).
