Hi, I'm trying to update my credit card information. but when they send me a verification code, they are sending for a different number that ends with ******427
My phone ends with ***4251
So I'm not able to access

on that security code screen, click Didn't receive code and then Send email to receive the code via email

@Ro-gomes , if you click did not receive code, you will be given the option to send the 2FA to email. Once you get into the account, be sure to check and update the eversafe settings. That is where 2FA code information is stored.
