Activation issue-- interrupted sign-up
When filling in the information of old phone company on the 2nd step- "phone number", the form disappeared. So I backspaced to the 1st step-" Let's get started" to start again.
The site showed " invalid sim card". So I can't proceed the activation further.

@Hejun , if the activation really not completed, you have to wait about 60 mins then you can try to reactivate with the same SIM card.
If it still fail, confirm it your credit card is debited. If so, the account was actually activated but just the web server not coming back with the result. If that is the case, try to put in the SIM to a phone and try calling out

And for additional good measure, @Hejun , when you wait the indicated time to retry, also try doing so in incognito mode.

Wait about 50 mintues. After that time, the site will start accepting the SIM card number again. You may have to clear the browser's cache and then reopen it after closing the program.
