Public mobile forum is really annoying, when I copy the info from a post oracles tell me to just link the original post, when I link the post the post is deleted.

You need to configure your APN settings to be able to send pictures (MMS) and navigate on internet (DATA). Your "Mobile Data" needs to be activated.

Have you set up your Apn?

Is data on? MMS uses data to send but you do not need a data plan.

This might help setting up your Apn

If you are using an LG phone you might need to do a network settings reset, or factory reset

Also need to enable mobile data.  Smiley Happy
