1. Restart you phone with your new PM SIM card inserted and let it configure your phone automatically.
2. Is your phone showing "Public Mobile" on the notification bar?
If yes, call 611 from your phone.
Can you access your usage info?
If yes, make a outgoing call and report result.

@dlholmes10 That's the Public Mobile voicemail number. Restart your phone and try again.

Lol, the noted phone number is for voicemail. That said, I am not sure why the voicemail number was mentioned to the customer out of context.

Did you recently port your phone# ?
Try rebooting your phone. Also try the lost phone trick. Log into your account and mark your phone lost the wait 5 minutes and mark it found. Reboot your phone.
What brand and model of phone do you have ?
You could also try a network reset.
If nothing works then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.
