Hi,
my son’s account is due to be paid but it’s saying that he $0 balance owing and that he has $10 available funds and when he tries to pay the remainder of what his bill really costs it’s says that he doesn’t owe anything yet his phone isn’t working because it’s not fully paid but the acccunt is not letting him. What should he do?
thanks

What happens when your son dials *611 from his device?
There may be information provided using that service which may assist with the process to restore service.
If there is no payment card registered on the account upon which to add funds necessary to reactivate the service, you can purchase a Public Mobile payment voucher at many retail/mobile locations, which can be added via *611.
Remember, if the service is inactive for 90 or more days, the phone and account is permanently deactivated, and the only way to restore services is to acquire a new SIM card and begin a new activation process.

@Berta72 Try rebooting the phone/toggling airplane mode on/off.
If the payment is waiting to be applied, then see if he can (or you?) can try clicking the Reactivate option (top right of overview page) to push the payment through and then reboot the phone.
