If you was assigned with a temporary number, your porting request was not started yet. If you have a Koodo prepaid number, you need moderator assistant to port your number to PM.
If you activated your account online, your self-serve account was already created. Try login using your email address and password provided by you to login.

Try using the temporary number when registering for selfserve to see if it works. If not, then you need to message the @CS_Agent and ask for help.
To message a Moderator here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

If you put back your Koodo SIM, does it still work? Maybe the port is in trouble. Was that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? If prepaid then you'll need moderator assistance.

First please click the 3 dots on right side of your post and edit the post to delete your personal information (phone number, 4 digit pin and account number)
..as it's visible for the public to see.
