unable to change plan

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I am unable to upgrade my $45 40 gb plan. I only get the option to downgrade to the $39 20 gb and other lower plans. I tried browsing in incognito, different browser and even on a computer. The other plans are not showing up for me.

the $45 - 40GB plan is for both existing and new subscribers and you should have it.  You see other plans? did you click ALL to show them all instead of filtered?

Please use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try again.

@LeafMartin1128   That seems to be a problem sometimes.  Assuming you are selecting ALL or 5G plans and still not seeing anything you might want to contact customer service to help switch your plan.  Private message an agent here
