Hi all,
I'm sure this has been answered before but I just changed my plan to the 20Gb Data within Canada and the US at 4G speed, unlimited Canada and US wide minutes and messaging, and the plan took effect today, Oct. 4th. I tried calling a US number from Canada and the recording said that "the call can't be completed because I've used all available minutes" From reading posts on this forum I was under the impression that I could call from Canada to the US and from the US to Canada when I was in the US and anywhere in either country when I was in that country. Am I mistaken and did I buy the wrong plan as I'm traveling to the US shortly and want to be able to call back home to Canada while I'm away? TIA for any help with this.

Thank you for the suggestion, I rebooted the phone and tried with a 1 in front of the number but it gave me an error message then just retried calling normally and my call to the US went through.
Thanks again

HI @das904
yes, call to US is included in the Canada-US plan. Try reboot the phone once more, then call the 10 digits with a 1 in front of it
if still unable to make the call, ask PM support agent to check if the plan was changed correctly
