I am showing as active on the website but have no service - my payment due today but hasn't come out and I it won't let me pay manually, tried to add 1gb of date and it took the money out and added to available funds but won't let me pay for it. I opened a ticket and have tried restarting the phone.

Very strange. Someone should look in to this and have it fixed. It should be a very easy process to add funds to your account.

I'm glad to hear you were able to sort it out 😊.
So I only use the website. From the main page I click Overview. The drop down arrow Payments >Payments =Manage Subscription.
From there it only shows me how to update a new card; I don't see the add funds button 😒. ? It used to be there.....??

I had the exact same problem. Website says my subscription is active but had no service and payment wasnt taken out.
Your link (https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card.) is the only thing that saved me and let me add funds to my account and now I have service again. So thank you
I looked everywhere on my account to be able to add funds and I couldnt find it. Where is it?
