i am unable to get past this page 2

when i open the drop down bar there is nothing there????????

hi , i will keep trying until it goes thru if you try another browser you will get the errror msg sim is not valid

nope just tried that   cleared browser and cookies and turned off ad blocker ,  still no dropdown bar  , cant get past the second page

@mxzoom I had this problem. For me cure was to turn off the ad/popup blocker.

i would assume it must be a problem on his/her side..otherwise we would have read about it in our forums by more people......only assuming as he'her can't be the only one today activating an account and nobody else reported this issue so far..

ok in that case give a try after 30 mins after that mod team can help if you still have have Issues

or try activating in FR site-https://activer.publicmobile.ca/ (In the past this worked perfectly for my friend)

@rkreddyb4u He tried with 3 different browsers and Chrome ingognito mode. Don't think clearling cookies/cache is going to do much.

ok try clearing cache, cookies and refresh with ctrl+F5, should work

Ok one more try - try switching to French (FR button up by My Account) and see if that works.

tried firefox, chrome incognito, and I E  still  blank in the drop down bar ,     very frustrating !!!!not much since in pm,ing mods cause they r all backlogged

Try incognito mode in Chrome - that has worked for some people as well.

Maybe try using Firefox if you already have it installed on your computer!

try to use a different browser or clear cache of the browser you are using..that usually helps with problems as this....

 

keep in mind to use a different email address as PM works only as 1 email address per line..
