I am on Autopay and they didn't top my phone up. now I have no service. I can't remember my 4 digit pin to make a payment through *611. How can I fix this problem?

@BillyF1960 - there was a time when Public Mobile texted you your 4 digit account PIN when activating with Public Mobile. Do you see this when you look back on text messages from 611?

@BillyF1960 do you remember your My Account login and password? You can top up at My Account (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/)
If you forgot the My Account login, you can try the Forgot password link there
If you cannot reset it that way or you want to reset the 4 digits PIN for use on *611 as well, open a ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
