Its too bad lucky doesn't have the great community support as we do here at pm. They do have phone support so why not give them a call ? Of course if you haven't been able to port over you could just stay.....

There's a 'contact us' option within that link i posted earlier for Lucky, here's the link to their "contact us" if your port isn't complete by morning:

Hi @tryplt

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving. Please note that if you want to transfer your number to another provider, your account needs to be active.  As long as you keep your account active here on PM, you are good to go.  If you have a porting problem, reach out to your new provider to fix it for you.

Best wishes

I'm not sure how long ago that you replied to that text message from Public Mobile to authorize the phone number transfer to Lucky Mobile, but it's possible all that is needed is to wait a couple of hours. Number porting isn't usually instant.

@tryplt try:

  • rebooting your phone.
  • Removing and reinserting  the Lucky SIM card.

If you're porting from Public to Lucky, and you responded Yes to the text, you'll need to contact the porting assistance with Lucky, whatever that is.

I suspect just put your Lucky SIM card in your phone and you'll eventually have service with them.
