I am trying to make my payment through self serve, but not accepting it, when i submit the amount due it says my balance has enough. Never have I experienced such a problem the two years I am a client and my account is due for tomorrow.

@crepa : Do you have a payment card registered? If so, then you can have autopay toggled on to get a $2 reward. You can still manually pay by that payment card or voucher or instant top-up but you get the 2 bucks anyway. Of course the intent of autopay is to set it and forget it. But things happen.

@crepa : Use manual amount not amount due. If you're not currently suspended and have all your services, take your total plan cost then minus your Available Funds and then minus the dollars in your Rewards area will equal the amount to pay to cover your plan for renewal.

I would recommend using *611 to try to submit your payment. You can do so if you have a valid payment card registered on your account.
You can also use a Public Mobile payment voucher available at mobile shops using both *611 and self-serve.
It's been said that waiting an hour, clearing cache and cookies, opening an incognito tab, sometimes makes a difference with various Public Mobile functions - give it a try.
