trying to make a payment

I am trying to make a payment and it is trying to send me an email to verify my identity but i can't access my email at this time due to forgetting my password for it and can't get the email to change my password though text as my payment is due on my phone.

@Jeremy98   for payment issue, you might want to consider a workarounds

  • if you remember your 4 digits PIN and you have a credit card already setup on the system, you can dial *611 and make a payment that way
  • you can go to a store to buy a voucher and then load the voucher into your account via *611.  if you are doing it that way, please by your voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately.  Vouchers from other places could have a 24 hours wait time

for your access to My Account, you might want to setup a new email address first, then open ticket with PM Support and ask them to change the email used on My Account to the new one for you.

 

To open ticket for email address change:

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

hi if passward reset won't work for you to change or reset your email you need the help of a service rep
