Ali03: I'm probably old-fashioned. I use a client on my devices. So they don't require verification and if they did then it was only once. I use imap on my mobile. I use pop on my main computer. I rarely use webmail. I don't know what evahollyway uses. Her email was on her phone and somehow connected. Without that then she needs another way to get email. I suggested the webmail access method.
There are other logins that do require the phone number for verification. I don't like them. Perhaps for this exact reason. I hold out with email as long as I can.
But now we haven't heard from her in a while so I guess she has gotten through with the support people and is all fixed up.

What kind of e-mails is that? It will be pain to receive codes on phone every time just to use email.

Your only option is to ask customer support to perform the SIM swap for you. Make sure you also have your payment card details handy to answer the extra verification questions.
To contact customer support click below:

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

You may be able to do it via agent with security questions.
If yo know your phone number but can't access your email on a computer or another device, they should be able to assist you.

So your webmail also needs 2FA verification? That's quite the jam you're in. I'll need to check my emails and see about using another email address.

If you remember your password and/or security answer you can log in into self-serving account and swap SIMs. You do not need phone to do that.
If you do not remember pass/sec. answ. they you will have to talk to agent to help you out.
