Had an issue while trying to activate - sign up did not complete and now it's telling me my sim card is invalid. Suggestions?

Try the sim card in your phone. Does it connect to the network? If yes, dial *611 from your phone is your account active? If yes, then your sim card was activated. Try accessing your selfserve account, does it work? If not, click here to register your selfserve account..
If the sim card does not connect to the network then you need to wait for about an hour for the previous session lock to clear out before you can attempt the activation again. (Otherwise you will see the invalid sim error).
Public is very finicky when processing the credit card address so here are some tips that might help:

How far did you get in the activation process @mcsask . Please check to see if your credit card was charged. If it was pop the SIM into your phone and see if it works. Also try logging into your self service account.
If it wasn't charged wait 1 hour from last attempt, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your account. Here's an article on activation https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up

@mcsask wait for 1-2 hours and try again. Also, check whether or not your CC is not charged.

First check if your credit card was charged. If charged, try the SIM card in the phone.
If not charged, you can try again. Maybe try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode. Chrome incognito works. Maybe give some time in between attempts also.

@mcsask how far did you get in the activation process? restart your browser and use incognito/private mode
