Im just trying to get started with PM, I bought the SIM card online and i'm trying to activate it now one activatepublicmobileca but is tells me my SIM card is invalid. I tried another browser and it kinda got through to the next set up requesting a number port after I went to the next page is went directly to activatepublicmobileca again, I clicked proceed but it once again told me my SIM card is invalid.
edit: Thanks for the help everyone, I waited an hour cleared my cache and reset my pc and it went smoothly!

PM activation server does not handle going back to previous a page well. It messes up the session state. If you need to go back a page, always close your browser and start over with an new clean session by restarting your browser.
If you have a failed attempt, your SIM card serial number is still locked to your previous failed activation session. Wait 1 hour for your previous failed session to release your SIM card serial number and try again. Good luck.

@Stevereid87 also, when you're porting your number don't cancel your previous provider or you'll really be in a pickle. after porting is complete the other provider will automatically cancel.

You will have to want for an hour until the sim is released by the old session

@Stevereid87 Hello the site can be very finicky clear your cache reboot your computer try in incognito mode with Chrome is recommended wait an hour and try again good luck have a great day

@Stevereid87 During activation if you get an error you need to wait ~ an hour for the current session lock to clear. If you are porting a number from Koodo prepaid best to select a temporary number complete the activation and then submit a ticket to PM and they will take care of it for you. @Stevereid87 if you have tried too many times it will lock out your card. Wait an hour or so for it to reset. Once it has reset try again in incognito or private mode. Then start the process again. A good piece of advice is on that activation page put the SIM card number in last. This will make sure it doesnt time out on you. Have all your information you need infront of you to complete the process quickly.
I have noticed a few people having issues with this process it could just be the speed that people are going through it.
