I tried transferring my house phone from Telus to Public Mobile. It doesn't take my street name which is a number (63) and when I went to cities, our city wasn't on it?

Taking a temporary nubmer is a step to get the Public Mobile account opened.

HI @ianmdick If you are activating now, get a temporary new number first
After the activation is completed with the new number, submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to help to put in the porting request for you due to the address problem. You can message them to submit ticket:
