transfer problems

it has been over two days since i signed up for public and requested to transfer my number from bell.  none of the chatbot suggestions have worked.  So what do i do now?  Do i just wait?  Do i need to do something?

hi @Molliemaid can you make outbound calls? if outbound is good and just not inbound, it is a porting problem. Call tje porting team to get it fixed.  I will send you porting team number to your  Community inbox
