usually "month to month" account is prepaid. If it is prepaid, please submit ticket with PM agent and ask them to help the port. use this link:

But if you have Koodo Postpaid, please login My Account, Profile, click Transfer phone number and then enter the information for porting. Important thing is put in the Koodo account number

it is not a prepiad koodo phone. i already have a PM number, just need to transfer my koodo number over. also the links you are posting, i click them and i dont get the link with the information

@Jon1980 is it Koodo pre laid like PM or post paid , if post paid you can transfer Koodo number over on activation . If Koodo pre paid you need to first activate PM account with temp PM phone number .once that done use this direct link to support to transfer the Koodo pre paid number to PM
