transfer line problem

I subscribed a plan last Friday. When I followed the steps to transfer a line from Telus, I had the activation error.  The Chat was closed down since last Friday. i don't know who can help.

They took the money. The problem is I don't know their number. I have not been able to find their contact number in their web site.
