I activated my plan yesterday and I selected e-SIM and my phone does not support e-SIM, I got a new physical SIM and I need to transfer my plan to the physical SIM

Simply login to your account ---> click on PROFILE ------> Click on EDIT SIM -------> Input your new Sim number and you are done.
Don't forget to re-boot your phone after you update your SIM card.

There no set time. I heard some people have had Response as early as 20 min and others had to wait days it all depends on how busy they are.

Are you able to access your self service account? If you are able, then you can change your SIM card number under Profile section.
If unable to access your self service account, then you will need to contact customer service agent:
