the question about new promotion plan

@CS_Agent I just switched to Public days ago and subscribe the paln of 45 bucks for 30 GB....and now the same plan for new customer is 40.00...can i ask plan match

They really should just allow people to change their existing plan into it. It just encourages people to look elsewhere.

@Xiang99  Sorry it’s just for new activations unfortunately. But you can try your luck with support and see if they will make exception in you case . Let us know how it works out and best of luck
