@yack Yeah for sure. But you can't keep an extra esim on hand, only a physical sim. I myself keep a couple physical sims on hand that I got off Amazon for $5. I want to have it ready if a sim fails, or if I want to help a friend or family member with a new activation.

Edit I see you said sim, not esim. Ignore that part 😅

that would be nice to have an exra sim at hand, i have another kid growing up ... might need soon

@yack I believe that's for new customers only. But physical sim has more benefits in my opinion. Unless you have a specific need for switching to esim, I would just stick with your existing sim card.

do i get a free sim or just for the new customers?

thanks, it is my family member, i dont think we''ll go usa in the near future, but now i want to go hahah

@yack You're still roaming when you're in the US, but it's included in your plan so there are no extra charges. You'll want to:

1) Turn Data Roaming ON

2) Set Network Selection to AUTOMATIC

3) Set Preferred Network to 4G/LTE (because roaming on AT&T 5G doesn't work)

Yes, @yack  no extra money to roam in US

but you need to enable mobile data roaming on your phone for the service to work. And you need to make sure the phone is connected to T-Mobile or AT&T when you are in US

new question guys, that means we dont need roam at all in us. thanks

it is only one day, i will not care, feel lucky now, asked here  just want to make sure nothing hidden i dont know. you guys know everything. thanks

@yack You can still schedule it for the 5th by selecting Change on Renewal date. As long as you schedule that change before the 4th, you'll be fine.

mine on 5th, good timing, thanks for the reminding

@OlivierR Good call-out! I personally have no interest in throttled data, and 50GB is more than enough for the average user; but for some this could be important.

The only possible downside is no unlimited data but you will have an additional 10Go It will take you a while use 10Go at 512kbps with the unlimited data!

Hey @yack

I agree. This is an amazing offer. I jumped on it. Extra 10GB of data. Can use in the US as well at no extra charge or add ons needed. There is ZERO downside to this. When you change to this plan, there will be two options. Change NOW or TODAY or change at renewal date. Choose the change at renewal date. That way you don't lose any money you've already paid for this past cycle. Go get it!! It ends tomorrow.

No downside. Same price, more data, and service to/from the US. Do it fast, as it expires tomorrow. Schedule it for your next renewal date.
