I just paid for Public Mobile and my payment was accepted. I received a message after going through all the prompts saying that due to technical difficulties account not activated. I still cannot use my phone. What do I do?

Just wondering, did you try to reboot your phone? Do you see the name Public Mobile at the top of the phone screen?
