text message sent sent offering 6 GB plan

RefugeefromPM

I replied to a text sent saying that they are offering a 6 GB plan for $22. I have always missed the specials around black friday and Christmas as I dont log in regularly.

I dont see it in the cue like you usually see when you change plans. I want to make sure that I get it and it goes through.

It said to reply with a yes, and it will be added to the next cycle. Does it several days to show up in the account. How does the text offers work. Usually you have to log in and add it, or rely to the message when you log in to your account

Its $22.

It says $22. I dont want that $1 dollar slip away. LOL

Its probably be given to customers who missed the similar pricing last year, which then became a regular pricing. I missed it last year, as I was a couple hours or a day late replying to the in account offer

when is the expiration date of that offer? PM system always wait until the offer expires then schedule the plan change

but you can also ask PM to confirm if they got your Yes reply

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@RefugeefromPM , when is your next renewal?  It might take a couple of days to show up in your account.  I can't remember exactly, I think I had accepted one of these offers and didn't see it set up in the account.  It could have been cached data issue.

Once you reply yes, then it will change your plan on your renewal date though it may take some time. If you'd like to check if it worked then you can sign onto My Account and check to see if you see something similar to Upcoming Plane Change and if it's not there you can send a message to a CS_Agent.
