Did you get a new number, or did you port in a number from elsewhere. If you ported in a number, the port has definitely failed. If that's the case, you need the help of a moderator.

It says active and yes can make outgoing calls.

Accidently hit the solution button. But as I stated I can use data make phone calls but not receive them. I only get texts from tellus users..had this plan for a month ported over my number from fido.

what does your selfserve status say? do outgoing calls work?

Was it a 30 day plan? Did you renew it with a payment? Was it set up for auto renewal, and the renewal date was today?

@matthewhall78, did you just set up your account/line? did your account just renew within the last 24 hours? Was everything working, and then it suddenly stopped?
Could you please provide some more info.
