has public mobile been bought by telus and they are just now changing everyone over?  As stated in another query my phone reception has been very bad for the past 3 weeks...and it never was before???

Public Mobile is Telus. It's just their budget brand, but we get access to the Telus network.

Is it just calls? Or data and SMS too? What do you have your network settings on your device set to? Make sure it's automatic. Do you know if you've been upgraded to VoLTE? And are you by chance using an oversees phone?

Phone reception issue could be a problem with all Telus phone, not just PM's

what phone do you have?

are you using LTE or 3G on your phone's network settings?
