has public mobile been bought by telus and they are just now changing everyone over? As stated in another query my phone reception has been very bad for the past 3 weeks...and it never was before???
Recently my phone has been cutting in and out. My signal speed is only 114. I changed my plan from 3 to 4 G speed but this has not improved my signal speed. What needs to be done to improve my service?
My phone is a samsung s20 fe and it has worked fine for several years. This problem just started a month ago. My test speed on the phone says between -105 and -115 everywhere in my house. This is the only phone I have.
