this is just getting better and better...
Cannot pay my bill on the website, bought a voucher and system does not recognize the
number they gave me... this process shouldn't be as painful as it's been, what is wrong with this company?
if everything is automated, why are we having troubles? getting ridiculous at this point...

Try dialing 611 on your phone and follow the prompts to upload it to your account.
Press 1. Then press 1 again. Then enter the 12 digit PIN from the payment voucher.
