use this link to send a message to Customer Support. Give them as much info as you can..ie: ph number, PM acct #, name on acct, PM pin #, date you activated etc...

I can't login to the web portal without getting an error "A1 Forbidden", and I can't login to the app either. There is no clear way to contact customer support.
Currently my phone cannot make or receive calls.
I think something must have gone wrong during the signup, but there doesn't seem to be a path to fix it. Really bad impression for a new customer.
